Grades
SC-9 is highly acid activated wash clay, used in wide scope of application. SC-9 is highly effective in removing of carotenoids, chlorophyll, oxygenated compounds, soap traces, gums, phospholipids, peroxides, other metal traces.
SC-9 have high surface area as high as 300-320 m2/gm for the physical adsorption in bleaching process. SC-9 easily adsorbs impurities and give crystal clear purity oil.

Particle Size Distribution
One of the important parameter for the bleaching clay is particle size distribution. It plays an important role in bleaching process. A Controlled parameter gives better bleaching, fast filtration and lower oil retention.
The Particle size distribution of SC-9 is characterised by sieve analysis of the dry powder. SCHEM INTERNATIONAL set particle size distribution in way to get optimum results.
Average particle size distribution is in the range of 20-30

SC-18 is an acid activated wash clay, used in wide scope of application. It is manufactured by the filter less process of bentonite activation.
SC-18 is highly effective in removing of caroenoids, chlorophyll, oxygenated compounds, soap traces, gums, phospholipids, peroxides, other metal traces, foreign matters etc....
SC-18 have surface area 260-280 m2/gm. SC-18 absorbs impurities and give crystal clear purity oil
